4 Womb Care Recipes Every Woman Should Know

Womb health is essential to overall health. It is just as important to care for the womb as you care for your heart or your lungs. For most women anything dealing with the reproductive system has been tabu and something we really didn’t talk about, not even amongst us women.

In educating the community for over 10 years in the area of feminine wellness i noticed that some cultures teach their little girls about their bodies as early as 5 years old. Some cultures and communities no education is given. Many don’t even pay attention to the womb until there is dis-ease. Then we run to the drug store to handle things that could be handled through nature. No matter how old or young you may be reading this, or what you have done in the past, the best time to integrate womb care is NOW. You can do something about painful sex, itchy or dryness, heavy periods, imbalanced hormones, fibroids and more. Let’s make routine womb wellness the norm.

Castor Oil Pack

1 T of Bentonite clay

1 T of Castor oil

2 T of distilled water

Cheesecloth- cut out a square of cheesecloth enough to cover hip bone to hip bone.

Mix ingredients together un it’s like a pancake batter. Spoon out mixture on cheesecloth with the back of a spoon and apply to the lower abdomen.

Bentonite clay and castor oil induces detoxification

Helps to break up cyst and tumors such as fibroids and other mass. Aids in digestion, relieve constipation and tones the skin. You are probably already aware of the health benefits of Castor Oil. 1/2 C Bentonite Clay

1 T of honey (or desired to tasted)
